History
This home was built at least by 1909, and is present on the 1908 map of Haverford. I can't find the original deed transfer, but the obituary of John Hanly stated his residency to 1909, and he is present on the 1910 census.
1910 census: Cattle dealer John is living with his sister and boarder.

The 1913 atlas lists J. Hanly as the owner of the home. Agnes, his sister & fellow primary resident, died in 1919.

In 1926, Hanly died, and his estate went to auction in 1928, which presumably went to the Goodwin family.

Although the wife is from Idaho, the husband, Arthur, is originally of Italian descent (from Sulmona, in L'Aquila) and the name was shortened fro Colamosca
