History

This home was built at least by 1909, and is present on the 1908 map of Haverford. I can't find the original deed transfer, but the obituary of John Hanly stated his residency to 1909, and he is present on the 1910 census.

1910 census: Cattle dealer John is living with his sister and boarder.

The 1913 atlas lists J. Hanly as the owner of the home. Agnes, his sister & fellow primary resident, died in 1919.

1920 census: John (of Irish descent) is living with his niblings.

In 1926, Hanly died, and his estate went to auction in 1928, which presumably went to the Goodwin family.

The Wilkins lived in the home at the very least through 1941, but probably until 1949, when the house went on sale. The next owners of the homewere the Colley family. Although the wife is from Idaho, the husband, Arthur, is originally of Italian descent (from Sulmona, in L'Aquila) and the name was shortened fro Colamosca

The home went on sale in 1983 for $98,500, and sold for $91,500 to the Gangemi family, who themselves sold the home in 1989 for $200,000 (originally asking $218,000) to the McAdams family. They sold the home in 2010 for $419,900.
